Neo Redux 501: Oshawott

It's funny -- I hated this little guy (as did many people) when he first came out, but he's really grown on me since (to the point he's my favorite Gen V starter). Perhaps it's due in part to his awesome evolution (that card coming soon!). In any case, here is Oshawott/Mijumaru from Neo Redux!
