This was made as a request from DNA @ PokéBeach. This card was a promo in the Pokémon TCG Game Boy Game, and was never actually printed as a real card.
One of the four Legendary Cards, you received this Articuno after defeating the 4 Grand Masters at the Pokémon Dome.
DNA requested that I make it into a "real" English card, as someone made a Japanese version on Bulbapedia.
